Bread Week

Our bakers took on a festive Pizza Express favourite this week for bread week; snowball dough balls! A relatively simple recipe on paper, our bakers soon found it to be anything but simple in practice, with some of them making three entirely different batches in pursuit of the perfect dough ball.

Scoring was one again close, with only six points between our winner and runner up, but our Centre Receptionist Rebecca managed to claim the title of Star Baker with a grand total of 367 points! Well done Rebecca!
